DESCRIPTION:Child care business owners are invited to join us for Your Path to Sustainable Child Care Success: What Does Business Acumen Mean to Me\, My Staff\, and My Families and Children? on Saturday\, June 20\, 2026\, from 9:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. at The Village\, 1505 E. 17th Street in Santa Ana.  \nThis interactive workshop will empower child care business owners with practical strategies to strengthen their programs through workforce development\, staff recruitment and retention\, and sound business practices.  \nParticipants will explore how strong business acumen can positively impact their staff\, families\, and the children they serve\, while gaining valuable tools and resources to support long-term sustainability and success.
