Orange County Business Council, in collaboration with CalOptima Health, First 5 Orange County, Orange County Community Foundation, and Orange County United Way, is proud to present the 2026 Orange County Community Indicators Report.
This year’s report tells a story of progress and promise. Our region continues to lead in sectors such as technology, healthcare, and advanced manufacturing. At the same time, the report underscores the importance of addressing barriers that threaten to slow our growth. These indicators are not just numbers— they are guideposts for action, helping policymakers, business leaders, and community partners make informed decisions about where to invest time, talent, and resources.
First 5 OC’s President & CEO Kim Goll participated on a panel launching the 2025-26 Orange County Community Indicators Report. Kim focused on the importance of investing early in children’s lives as a meaningful and effective strategy to address many of the negative outcomes in everything from education to income to mental health.
