The Perinatal Community Health Worker will play a critical role in supporting families through outreach and engagement efforts. This position will build trust, increase access to services, and promote health and developmental outcomes for young children and their caregivers. Importantly, this position will be responsive to the cultural and systemic needs of diverse communities in Orange County.
