OC HCA Behavioral Health Integrated Plan 30-Day Public Comment

Mar 12, 2026 | News & Announcements

The Orange County Behavioral Health Integrated Plan is a comprehensive three-year roadmap that outlines how the county will coordinate and fund mental health and substance use disorder services.

The plan is developed through a transparent Community Program Planning process. OC HCA hosted several regional listening sessions and public hearings to gather feedback from “lived experience” consumers, family members, and providers.

The 30-day Public Comment period will close on Friday, March 27, and the OC Behavioral Health Advisory Board will host a Public Hearing on Wednesday, April 15.

Review the Plan.
