First 5 Orange County partner the CHOC Mental Health Education Program is providing free resources in hopes of increasing mental health education in our local Orange County community for families, school staff, medical providers, and others.
The resources include a Spring 2022 Webinar Series, a free library of past webinars, and mental health resources.
The next webinar will be held March 3 on “Early Childhood — Supporting Spirited Sprouts: Strategies to Help Calm the Desire to be Right.” A CHOC psychologist will discuss strategies to help parents and caregivers keep their cool while taking a positive approach to parenting.
