Grant relief funds are available to Orange County child care businesses and nonprofits that have been economically impacted by COVID-19 and are located within Orange County’s Fifth District boundaries.
The funds are sponsored by Orange County Fifth District Supervisor Lisa Bartlett, who represents the 650,000 residents in the Fifth District in Orange County.
The available grants include:
Up to $8,000 for licensed small and large family child care
Up to $15,000 for licensed child care centers
Up to $15,000 for group care providers serving school-age children up to 12 years old
Information sessions will be held:
6 p.m. Sept. 7, 2022 in person at Orange County Department of Education, Costa Mesa
9 a.m. Sept. 10, 2022 through a virtual link
7 p.m. Sept. 13, 2022 in person at Lutheran Church of the Cross Preschool, Laguna Woods
1:30 p.m. Sept. 16, 2022 through a virtual link
