First 5 Orange County is seeking responses to a Request for Information (RFI) from organizations to gain a better understanding of Prenatal-to-3 services that currently exist around home visiting (HV) and other prenatal and postnatal programs and services in Orange County.
As part of that process, several of First 5 Orange County’s staff hosted an Information Session webinar to help answer any questions.

In addition to the Information Session, questions about the RFI to can be submitted to First 5 Orange County by 3 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 17. Questions can be emailed to First5OC@cfcoc.ocgov.com.
Attendance at the Information Session is not required to submit an RFI. First 5 Orange County may request additional information in the form of writing or an in-person interview.
The due date for submission of the RFI is 3 p.m. on Friday, March 3, 2023. No RFI’s will be accepted after this date and time.
