As part of the Plans of Safe Care work and the project with Children and Family Futures, a survey is being distributed to better understand current activities in Orange County surrounding fetal alcohol spectrum disorder (I.e. alcohol use in pregnancy). We are interested in understanding all activities around prevention, detection, and interventions in Orange County. The work that your organization does with children and families is very important and we would appreciate your time in completing this short 5-minute survey. Your feedback is helpful and you are highly encouraged to fill out this survey if you fall into any of these categories:
- your organization addresses alcohol use during pregnancy in any capacity
- your organization provides any type of assessment that may help to detect Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder (FASD)
- your organization provides any type of support or interventions for infants and children with FASD
- OR your organization would like to do more in any of these areas
For more information about this project and the estimated rates of FASD in Orange County please see the letter: OCFASD Survey
Thank you, children and families champions.
