First 5 OC received the Certificate of Achievement for Excellence in Financial Reporting for the 2024-2025 Annual Comprehensive Financial Report from the Government Finance Officers Association (GFOA) for the sixteenth consecutive year.
The award encourages state and local governments to exceed basic accounting standards by producing transparent, fully disclosed comprehensive financial reports and recognizes those that achieve this level of excellence.
