Community Health Worker Regional Workforce Summit: Scaling Up Together

The 2026 Community Health Worker (CHW) Regional Workforce Summit: Scaling Up Together will be held on Friday, March 27, 2026, from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at Orange Coast College. This free event brings together Community Health Workers and Promotores, students, educators, community-based organizations, public health professionals, and healthcare providers for a day of connection, learning, and strategy-building.

The summit will include capacity-building workshops for CHWs and providers, expert regional panels and strategy sessions, and information on specialized community college education pathways that support CHW career development. Attendees will also experience the premiere of a CHW-centered film followed by a panel discussion uplifting CHW voices and lived experiences.
