First 5 OC has been working with a reporter from Zero 2 Eight for a couple of months, promoting our work to get cities excited about championing early childhood – our Early Childhood Friendly City initiative.
They have published their article which talks about the Early Development Index and the importance of early childhood development and goes on to feature how the city of La Habra has embraced the initiative. They interviewed La Habra leaders and families and noted that Anaheim joined the effort in June. We’re happy to see the momentum growing!
