First 5 OC participated in the inaugural Fatherhood Connection Summit 2025 on Saturday, June 7 at The Delhi Center in Santa Ana. The Latino Dad Connection Summit hosted the event to bring together Latino fathers and father figures for a powerful day of learning, connection, and celebration. The event featured sessions on conscious parenting, cultural identity, and breaking generational cycles, reflecting the organization’s mission to uplift and support Latino fathers as essential pillars of strong communities.
The OC Fatherhood Coalition was a key partner of the event, First 5 OC is a participating agency in the coalition. The Fatherhood Connection Summit is the first of many efforts in Orange County to create lasting change by celebrating and equipping Latino fathers with the tools they need to thrive.
