First 5 Orange County Director of Partnerships and Government Affairs, Tiffany Alva, was a Woman of Distinction awardee for the 34th Senate District represented by Senator Tom Umberg, for all she does for the Orange County community. The Women of Distinction were honored during a ceremony on March 30.
