First 5 OC is seeking an energetic, collaborative, experienced leader to direct the agency’s program portfolio with a keenness for strategy, innovation, and return on investment. Reporting to the President/CEO and serving as a key advisor to that role, the Vice President of Programs will be charged with steering programmatic investments that execute on the agency’s strategic plan.
