As part of First 5 Orange County seeking responses to a Request for Information (RFI) from organizations to gain a better understanding of Prenatal-to-3 services in Orange County, staff has been working to answer any questions that may arise about the process.
First 5 Orange County has posted frequently asked questions (FAQs) to answer any queries received from potential applicants. Questions can continue to be asked via email by sending them to First5OC@cfcoc.ocgov.com until 3 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 17. Answers to those questions will continue to be posted to First 5 Orange County’s website through Friday, Feb. 24.

The due date for submission of the RFI is 3 p.m. on Friday, March 3, 2023. No RFI’s will be accepted after this date and time.
