The free Orange County Licensed In-Home Childcare Program will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesdays from July 19 to September 6.
Are you looking to start your own in-home child care business? Whether you already have an unlicensed child care business or are looking to understand how to get a child care business up and running, this program is for you.
This eight-week program will explain all the child care regulations and requirements and position you to learn the business side to running an in-home child care business.
Program participants receive one-on-one coaching during and after the program, as well as a free in-home inspection prior to applying for the license.
The Orange County Licensed In-Home Childcare Program is limited to 30 participants. There is no cost to be a participant, but attendance for all sessions is required.
Participants who complete the program could be eligible for up to $5,000 in grant funding. The program has limited availability with a registration deadline of July 14, 2023.
