At this meeting, we welcome the three newly appointed Commissioners Clayton Chau, Yvette Lavery, and Susan McClintic. The meeting will include election of Commission Chair and Vice-Chair for fiscal year 2020/21, as well as a presentation on the Developmental Screening Initiative and a public hearing on the proposed 2020/21 budget. The Commission is accepting public comments to be submitted by emailing them to First5OC@cfcoc.ocgov.com. The comments will be distributed to all of the Commissioners and read into the record. If you wish to comment on a specific agenda item, please identify the item in your email. General public comments will be addressed during the general public comment item on the agenda. In order to ensure that staff has the ability to provide comments to the Commissioners in a timely manner, please submit your comments by 12:00 p.m. on June 2, 2020. This is the first meeting of the newly expanded Technical Advisory Committee (TAC). It will include discussion about the attributes of systems change work, and an opportunity for the TAC to provide direction to staff about how they would like to engage in systems change efforts.
