Business Owner Pathways

Content Expert Consultant

Provides specialized expertise in early childhood education by developing content, delivering training, and advising programs, organizations, and systems to improve quality and outcomes.

What You Do:

  • Develop curriculum, training materials, and educational content

Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field + significant field experience
Corporate Child Care

Leads large-scale or employer-sponsored childcare operations, managing multiple sites, partnerships, and business functions.

What You Do:

  • Oversee multiple childcare locations or corporate programs
  • Manage partnerships with employers or organizations
  • Lead business operations, staffing, and expansion
Bachelor’s degree preferred + significant leadership and operational experience
Family Child Care Assistant

Supports a licensed provider in a home-based childcare setting, assisting with daily care, activities, and operations.

Entry-level; training encouraged
Family, Friend, and Neighbor (FFN)/License Exempt

Licensed Center Owner

Owns and operates a licensed childcare center, overseeing business operations, staffing, program quality, and compliance.

Licensed Family Child Care
