First 5 Orange County is seeking qualified individuals and/or firms with demonstrated leadership and experience for project management, evaluation, operational support, and on-call special project services in the following areas:

- Neighborhoods that Support Young Children and Families
- Equitable Distribution of Resources
- Data Analysis, Evaluation, and Focus Groups
- Organizational Support
- Project Management
- Strategic Communications
- Contract Compliance & Audit
- Organizational and Professional Development
- Language Translation
Organizations or individuals who submitted a response to a prior Request for Qualifications (RFQ) in 2022 and/or 2023, and are on the roster of qualified consultants, need NOT resubmit as those applicants are current and active. The most updated list of qualified consultants can be found as an attachment to the December 2023 First 5 OC Agenda, Item 10 (12-06-23 CFCOC agenda packet.pdf, ocgov.com).
All questions and requests for additional information regarding this RFQ must be received via email to: First5OC@cfcoc.ocgov.com no later than February 28, 2024 by 3 p.m.
Responses to RFQ questions will be posted on First 5 Orange County’s website on March 1, 2024.
Applications are due by March 8, 2024 at 3 p.m.
